We're the Mitchell's, the husband and wife team behind The Sour. When we moved back to Rapid City in 2016 we never dreamt that we'd get to create a space such as this. From producing a few loaves of bread at home, to a weekend mom and pop bread shop and now a full cafe in the heart of downtown Rapid City.
